Publicidade nas Viaturas

In this context, the SMTUC commercialize the placement of advertising in the "Rear Glass" of their vehicles (the so-called rear window) under the "Regulation of Rental / Rent of Outdoor Spaces in vehicles affected by Urban Public Transport for the purpose of installing messages "April 29, 2013, subject to the following conditions:

Advertising on buses, trolleybuses and mini buses under the current Regulation must be installed using microperforated self-adhesive material.
These Services only transfer the advertising space, the production, application and removal of advertising material being the responsibility of the lessee, and must be done by specialized companies.
As it is the responsibility of the advertiser to withdraw advertising, it must be done at the end of the contracted period.
The model of the advertising to apply should be sent for approval as soon as possible.
They must also notify us at least 3 working days in advance of the date, time and company responsible for applying the advertising material.
We also inform that the application of the publicity must be done after 21.00 (weekdays) or at the weekend.
SMTUCs do not affect vehicles to specific careers.
There are no quantitative or temporal levels that vary the unit price, this is fixed and tabulated by the Coimbra Municipal Council.

The value per unit and per month are € 200.00 + VAT payable to the SMTUC at the time of signing the contract.

Há ainda lugar ao pagamento da Taxa pela Licença de Publicidade Móvel em Transportes Públicos, por cada viatura de 70,00€ por mês, conforme o Regulamento Geral de Taxas e Preços Municipais, publicitado por Edital N.º 307/2021 de 30 de março, atualizado pelo Edital N.º 216/2023 de 22 de dezembro, a liquidar junto da Câmara Municipal de Coimbra. Estes valores referem-se exclusivamente à modalidade de “Vidros na Retaguarda”.
